Shipping + Returns

Shipping

Please note that all Nu InnerG pieces are handcrafted by one individual (that's me). I currently have a high volume of custom orders, so please allow up to 4-6 weeks before your item(s) is shipped. Most orders should be completed much sooner, but not guaranteed. All orders are processed in the order in which they were received.

Once your custom order is ready, you will receive an email containing tracking information. If you haven't received an email, your order is either still in queue or is being created. Items are shipped via USPS or UPS. Shipping times vary depending on destination.

Returns + Exchanges

Nu InnerG does not accept returns or exchanges unless the item(s) is broken or damaged during shipping. If you received a damaged item, contact us at nuinnerg@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery. You must include pictures and description of the damages. If it is determined that your item was damaged during shipping, an exchange will be arranged to replace said item.
