Shipping

All Nu InnerG pieces are handcrafted by one artist. Due to high order volume, processing may take up to 6–8 weeks, though many orders ship sooner. Each piece is made with care to ensure consistent quality and intention. Custom orders are completed in the order received.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. If you haven’t received a tracking email, your order is still in queue or in production. Orders ship via USPS or UPS, and delivery times vary by destination.

Returns + Exchanges

Nu InnerG does not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives broken or damaged. If your order is damaged in transit, contact nuinnerg@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery and include photos and a description of the damage. If approved, a replacement will be issued.

All sales are final. No refunds.
