Shipping, Returns + Refunds

Shipping

All Nu InnerG pieces are handcrafted by one artist. Due to high order volume, processing may take up to 6–8 weeks. Each piece is created with care and intention. If I have a large amount of orders that came before yours, I'm unable to guarantee an exact date of completion. If your order is taking longer than expected, please remain patient and understand that I am juggling a lot and this work takes time.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. If you haven’t received a tracking email, your order is still in queue or in production. Orders ship via USPS or UPS, and delivery times vary by destination.

Returns + Exchanges

Nu InnerG does not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives broken or damaged. If your order is damaged in transit, contact nuinnerg@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery and include photos and a description of the damage. If approved, a replacement will be issued.

All sales are final. No refunds.
